Shipping Policy

Orders typically have a 1 - 3 business day handling time. However due COVID-19,  we estimate 5 - 7 business days. Because most of our products cannot be shipped via first class shipping due to the weight and size, shipping on all orders is $8.50.  All order is over $69.00, qualify for Free Shipping.

All orders are shipped Priority Mail via  USPS. We cannot be held responsible for the packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost, please file a claim with USPS. Our packages are insured  I recommend using your Tracking Number to check on the status updates regarding your package.

If your package is lost, please file a claim with USPS before contacting us! We do not offer refunds due to errors in USPS' handling of packages. Our packages include insurance, so any reimbursement you receive would be handled by filing a claim with USPS.
